How aware are you of your physical body throughout the day?

The physical body is innately and inherently wise! A wisdom that we may not be aware of, or that we don’t often give much attention to.
Join me for this short course (drop in available) to learn what embodiment means; not just intellectual but in your body. This will be a safe space for you to ground in your body through strength-based Vinyasa yoga and body meditations. The class will start slow and we’ll build up the sequences progressively in time with our breath.
Preliminary Class Outline: 4 classes: 90 minutes
Dates: 17th November, 24th November, 1st December, 8th December

- Body Love! An Introduction to Embodiment Body Yantras
- Pelvis, Lower Back & Lower Core
- Spine, Chest/Ribs & Shoulders,
- Integration Class! Class with minimal verbal input for you to just be with your body.
- Grounding techniques to release tension
- Your breath and how it is linked to your nervous system
- Most common form of yogic breath: Ujjayi breath
- Parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems
- How to use your breath to change your nervous system
- Most common form of yogic breath: Ujjayi breath
- How your stress is related to you nervous system
- Short body-based meditations known as Body Yantras to “take home” with you to ground you in your body & release tension/stress.
